Toy Rentals FAQ

1. What is the minimum rental period?
All toys are rented on a weekly basis. If you would like to rent for longer than a week, please add multiple rental periods to your cart.

2. Where do I pick up and return the toy?
When selecting your rental period, you will select the point of pick up. You will return the toy to the same location during designated drop-off times.

3. Are toys clean and sanitized?
We know how important it is to be able to trust the cleanliness of the toys that you bring into your home. We sanitize all surfaces of the toys following CDC guidelines before and after a rental period. 

4. Can I extend my rental period?
If you have rented a toy and would like to extend the rental period, please email us at and we can help you out.

5. What happens if I damage the toy, return it very dirty, or lose it?
You are responsible for the toy and it must be returned in the condition it was received. Please note that all toys are for indoor use only. If toys are returned to us extra dirty, you will be charged an additional detail cleaning fee of $30 per item. In the event that a toy cannot be fully cleaned, you will be charged the fair market value to replace the item.

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be charged a reasonable fee to repair the item or fair market value to replace the item.

6. What is your refund policy on toy rentals?
If you email us at to cancel your toy rental pick-up at least 3 days prior to your pick-up date, you will be issued a full refund. If the cancellation request is within 3 days of your pick-up date, we will issue store credit to be used. Please note that if you do not show up at your pick-up date and time window, there will be no refund or credit issued.

7. What happens if I am unable to return the toy on time?
If you are unable to return the toy during drop-off hours, you will be charged a late fee of $30 per item per day. Late fee charges will begin after the drop-off period.
